Import Logistics: about 75% of work load \[for Dreem & El Borg\]
• Revising draft documents of incoming shipment with Supply Chain department and suppliers in order to meet Egyptian customs regulations
• Revising all raw materials labels with Supply Chain department and suppliers in order to meet Egyptian customs regulations
• Follow up vessel arrival to discharging port
• Managing & Supervising clearance agent in all customs procedures process
• Working closely with clearance agent & supply chain department to solve any problems that might arise during the clearing process
• Revising & approving clearance agent invoices
• Revising & Developing all import procedures work cycle
• Maintaining a well organized filing system for future reference
• Studying & Commenting on Import supplier LCs

Export Logistics: about 15% of work load \[for Dreem only\]
Managing & Developing Export Logistics by carrying out the following tasks:
Processing all official customs documents
Managing & Supervising customs clearance agents &freight forwarders for:
• Documents processing \[Legalized from competent authorities as per client’s request\] and receiving them back in convenient time to be sent to our clients
• Full operations of goods exported \[container booking, stuffing \{estimation vs. actual\}, haulage, loading on vessel\]
• Revising & Developing all export procedures work cycle
• Developing an automated Export documents set & maintaining updated database with new products, clients, etc…
• Inter-Departments relations system enhancement
• Managing & Processing current clients requests & orders
• Studying & Commenting on Export clients LCs
• Writing & Publishing Export logistics procedures manual
• Preparing annual reports
