Responsible for the marketing of auto parts of German make Vehicles : Mercedes,
BMW, Opel, Skoda, Volkswagen, Mini cooper and Audi
Use a high developed auto parts selling platform software that allows users to determine the right part through vehicle make and model year or O.E. part number or even the customer description, presenting typical images and diagrams for more accurate.
Extract the correct Item code according to customers need, manage stock and suggest substitutes
Perform both marketing and after sales service by following up customers previous quotes, requests of on demand parts and get feedbacks from websites visitors.
Data entering of Mercedes used parts sector products and inventory categorizing them according to quality and manufacturer.
Act as marketing representative and compiling lists of prospective customers of
mechanic service centers using field visits to establish selling opportunities.
Maintain contacts with overseas suppliers, vendors' agents and freight forwarders to negotiate and evaluate quality, price and supply period.
Place purchase orders with foreign suppliers and coordinate with banks to establish LC and follow up on payments and keep tracking of shipments from the date of order till arrival.
Fulfill Foreign and local procurement processes for industrial materials, machines and automotive spare parts using ERP Systems.
Prepare all customs documentation for the Customs broker and resolve possible issues with Customs.
Translate formal correspondences, shipment documents and machines' catalogues to put them in an obvious understood Arabic language.
Participate in tenders established to compare between suppliers, contractors and service providers.
Participate in feasibility studies for new projects and search for competitive offers from foreign suppliers.

Determines the correct spare part for a customer by inspecting the old part, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions and searching catalogs for stock numbers and prices
