• Develop new business accounts and manage the existing customers.
• Monitor and control the credit in the market.
○ Physical Asset Verification and Data collection for all equipment in various Units of QP.
○ Technical objects data population based on data from asset and linked documents.
○ Review and analyze the superseded data with available data in SAP.
○ Preparing Equipment & Hierarchy Master as per the physical asset verification data and other related documents
○ Collect all necessary drawings and documents related to Preventive Maintenance & Bill of Material for all maintainable equipment in plant.
○ Cross checking and finalizing the master tag list.
○ Preparation of Equipment list and developing equipment hierarchy.
○ Preparation of Interim database comprising technical objects, bill of material and preventive maintenance.
○ Plant Maintenance Scheduling Preparation in SAP with SAP Methodology and as per the End User Requirements.
○ Creating & modifying the existing maintenance plans and updating in SAP.
○ Creating & modifying the maintenance items and updating in SAP.
○ Creating & Modifying the existing task lists and maintenance craft procedures and updating in SAP
• Negotiating with the vendors for material procurement while coordinating with the higher authorities of the company, ensuring statutory and company compliances.
• Ensuring smooth co-ordination with indenting dept. and corresponding with Suppliers on scope of supply and specifications.
• Ensure materials are available for production and products are available for delivery to customers.
• Maintain the lowest possible materials and product levels in store. Plan manufacturing activities, delivery schedules and purchasing activities.
• Ensure that physical stock matches with computer system stock.
• Ensure that all materials received from suppliers are correct. Prepare documentation for receipts.
• Check items on periodic basis to ensure that materials are preserved well, check all materials based on quantity, quality, location and usability.
• Report all discrepancies found during stock verification and provide basic analysis with respect to the found discrepancies.
• Provide monthly reports to Supervisors for all the jobs carried out and ensure that Stocks are well maintained.
• Make file copy of all outgoing documents for future reference.
• Coordinates with other department staff regarding office matters for the smooth flow of all transactions.
• Makes archiving possible by categorizing files and documents to different folders for future reference.
