o Responsible for planning, handling, storage and transportation of most competitive and
value added Supply Chain/ commodities (Agriculture raw materials: potato, corn and
Peanuts) 420 MT to ensure the company is able to deliver Top line & Bottom line
growth
o Negotiate and contract cold storage and transportation services with corporate
suppliers, in addition to managing inhouse own logistics (storage and transportation)
including price modeling
o Full accountability of Agro MOH lines and Annual operating plan submission and
execution
o Accountable for setting & execute controls secure supply chain process
o Lead cooling, mechanical and electrical maintenance teams for own cold stores and
handling equipment
o Manage Agro supply chain teams across 4 Chipsy plants and 7 out sourced storage
capacities
o Manage potato deliveries from 18 supplier and 4 own in house farms for Q1&2, building
stock and withdraw quantities from cold storage facilities to plants through Q3&Q4
Farms Operations and Maintenance Manager
o Responsible for Chipsy farms Planting, service and Harvesting equipment maintenance
and operation across all chipsy
o Fully accountable for transportation of all Agriculture commodities from different farms
locations to cold stores and plants, and from cold stores to plants in order to ensure
product availability for production across whole year
o led design, development and implementation of chipsy owned potato bulk
transportation model and managed its CAPex different phases till execution
o Source, negotiate and lead 3PL which presented 100% and lowering its share to 65% (12
Logistics contractor)
Agro Deployment Planner
o Plan raw deliveries of 420 MT for suppliers and own farms to plants and storage,
maintaining smooth production all over the year
o Work on receiving capacity per destination for owned storage facilities and contracted,
maximizing receiving capacity through capabilities analysis and delivery planning
o Ensure proper utilization of storage locations and stocks build per category
o Raw waste plan and control during storage and processing
