Development of Regional Airport Package 03 in Duqm at Oman
Responsibility:
•Site supervision of all mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, firefighting and Infrastructure works)
•All submittals review (shop drawings, method of statement, materials, RFI … etc.)

Scope of work:
Site Supervision & management of heating ventilating and air conditioning system, includes Site supervision of mechanical systems service, air conditioning system, absorption chiller plant, utility networks rain water network, irrigation network, drainage
system network, automatic fire fighting system, fire pumps station, plumbing work includes
a pressurized domestic cold water system.
Responsibility:
•Supervising all works on the site and reviewing all documents related to the project
•Invoices review for mechanical items.
Projects:
MIVIDA City - New Cairo (about 1 million square meter)
Responsibility:
•Reviewing and Modification of Design for mechanical works and Review all the submittals coming from the contractor such as (Shop drawings, RFI……etc.)
•Supervising all works on the site and reviewing all documents related to the project.
•Invoices review for mechanical items.

Responsibility:
* Follow up for all installation works in the site and reviewing the Shop Drawing
* Site Supervision of Fire Fighting, HVAC Systems Installation, Testing & Flushing.
* Site Supervision of plumbing networks installation & testing inside building &
Underground.
* Undertake work at site and present it to consultant.
* Coordination with QA/QC and Consultant to acquire the Test approvals.
* Follow safety requirements and regulations.
* Solve the technical conflicts on site as per specification and standards.
* Inventory of the quantities of work installed at the site to be submitted to the main
contractor.
* Inspect works with the consultant and the owner and doing system coordination.
* Making final drawings for the project (as built).
Installation Scope of work
* Drainage and Water supply network at stations as per UPC and GMP standards.
* Firefighting water network at stations as per NFPA Standard
* HVAC systems, Ductwork, Chillers, AHU and FCUs and Exhaust fans as per
SMACNA, ASHAE Code
