- testing all incoming ( raw material & packaging material)
- to assure the tests of product from the begenning till the finish product .( through the chemical & physical analysis)
- to give support during the trials of new products.
-monitoring of the equipments calibration .
- behaviour of the product in storage .
- pick up samples from the market .
- time to time compare the results with others laboratory
Internal communication:
daily report / Weekly report / .
Monthly meeting :
to discuss monthly results.
to make action plan with dead line and responsabilities
AUDIT :
-participate in internal audit and external audit
