In charge of finance / accounts management and cash
flow planning for Algeria market.
Monitor budget and coordinate with various stakeholders
to plan it the best way within head quarter deadlines
Liaise with various local authorities to ensure compliance
with local taxation and foreign exchange rules.
Look after travel agents requests and queries as to
shape new business opportunities and ensure company
debt collection.
Establish business cases related to station for business
opportunities.
Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure invoicing and
payment are respected
Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute
to its improvement when possible.
Assist General Manager to solve complex issues related
to business
Make sure CMC processing as per business need and QR
policy.
Liaise with legal and tax consultant as to ensure full
compliance with country regulations in matter of
HR/contracts/finance
• Handle the complete accounting cycle, including opening, posting entries and closing of accounts and preparation of various accounting reports
• Handle tasks related to cash disbursement and cash reconciliation
• Work with senior account professionals to identify and resolve financial issues
• Responsible for executing, reconciling and transmitting monthly accounts payable and receivable
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist head of accounts to proofread and distribute various financial statements on quarterly basis
