Accounting Manager. July 2007 - Present.
Duties & Responsibilities included: • Implementation of financial control procedures and processes.
• Prepare cash flow reports on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment & cost behavior .
• Review Monthly Cost report per Job.
• Investigate deviation between estimated & actual Cost per job
• Key user and basis share in Implementation ERP
• Supporting for all financial team in ERP.
• Keep tight control of all transactions and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Assures the proper keeping and recording of the main ledger and preparing monthly financial statement.
• Assures proper accounting for all Accounting Cycle.
• Assures and controls the allocation to appropriate accounts of expenses.
• Assures the proper keeping, recording and updating of company fixed assets register.
• Review the re-evaluating foreign currency balances.
• Assures control of company payment authorizing payments of invoices within given limits.
• Assures that the company rules and safety standards are observed in the accounting department.
• Carries out any other duties that may be requested by top management.
• Restructured financial reporting processes in accordance with organisational changes.
• Assure implementing of financial policy and procedures.
• Review monthly trial balances & Subsidiaries.
• Assure The Monthly reconciliation Between Accounting Modules.
• Review all the accounting entry (A/P & G/L) related to inventory
• Review monthly accrued expenses entries.
• Prepare All Accounting Entries For Consumption All Prepaid accounts.
• Managing And controlling On All Fixed Assets Monthly Movement.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general
ledger accounts and document business transactions.
• Daily Review for unknown Received & payment In Bank Statement.
Review Payroll before Take needed Approval And Investigate All Supporting Documents For Monthly Variables in Payroll.
• Prepare Monthly Banks Settlement.
• Coordinate the implementation of accounting and control procedures.

• Leading A team Of accountant throughout daily financial operations,
• Full Management & follow up for All Letter Of Credit.
• Prepare And Review all the accounting entries for Letter of credit related to inventory or capital.
• Analyze and review budgets and expenditures
• Preparing the forecast financial statements.
• Analyze and review budgets and Purchases from local, and Import.
• Establishes necessary horizontal working contacts with other departments.
• Provide information and assists in audits concerning company accounting.
• Prepare P/L statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Prepare monthly analyzing financial reports with financial ratios.
