- Senior Project Manager at MOFA, responsible for leading teams to deliver projects & programs that span across one or more business units, verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of schedule and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case for the following projects and programs:

1. Health Insurance Project: Develop a system that provides a health insurance certificate for whom issue a visa by integration between MOFA, CCHI, MOI and Arab National Bank.
2. Security Affairs Project: Develop and enhance “Security Affairs system” that utilize by MOFA HQ security department, MOFA Branches and MOFA embassies.
3. Attendance Project: Develop a new system that record all employees’ check-in & check-out in MOFA HQ, branches and embassies, Install BioStations devices in all MOFA locations.
4. G20 Project: Integration between G20 (Saudi Secretariat) and Yasser (Saudi eGovernment Program) through MOFA in order to issue governance visa to support, coordinate and collaborate with all Saudi government efforts leading to the G20 Presidency in 2020.
5. Foreigners Project: Develop a system to have the information of prisoners and dead foreigners inside KSA by integration with NIC (National Information Center).

- IT Project Manager at STC, responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, executing, business development, stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out & handover the following projects to operation team:
1. Data Center Enhancement Project: migrate all servers from old Farm core switches to the new Server Farm core switches.
2. UPS Project: connect all STC IT cabinets with UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply).
3. Data Center Clean-Up Project: migrate Data Centers Core Switches to new MPLS Network.
4. Data Center Power Migration: migrate cabinets from old power to the new power source.

- IT Project Coordinator at STC, responsible for leading and managing a project team in auditing and implementing improvements to all the IT processes and procedures, also involved in managing, planning, scheduling & reporting the following activities:

1) IT Operation Management (Under Managed Services Project):
a) Incident Management; following-up the Data Network incident & prepare the report of violated (Breaches) tickets that exceed SLA using Remedy system.
b) Problem Management; following-Up the Data Network problems, figure out the root causes and find the permanent solution with the expert team.
c) Preparing periodic presentation regarding the Managed Services KPI Performance.

2) Change Management:
a) Change Control Board member for Request for Change (RFC) in IT Sector and Participate in Review and implement (RFCs).
b) Manage & submit the requests of the Maintenance Downtime for IT Sector.

3) Process Development & Management:
a) Create & develop the Request for Change (RFC) process.
b) Create & develop the Projects Handover process.
c) Create & develop the SLA and OLA.
