• Leading ERP Finance team, responsible for business requirements gathering, solution architecture, Gap Analysis, MD050, setup and conducting CRP.
Project 1: Saudi Post ERP Implementation.
• Leading ERP section functional and Technical team (11 persons) and responsible for daily support and timely deliver solutions within different ERP modules, Saudi Post is 10, 000 + employees, 14 branches, Multi-Org, Multi set of books, subledger security structures, Cash, Accrual Basis and Public sector budgeting. Saudi Post published on Oracle site as success story.
• Design, Build, rollout and support the solutions for the 14 branches, design and implement security rules for each branch.
• Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and provide permanent fix
• Advise management on roadmap for Application enhancements, identification, implementation of new, advanced functionalities and new modules. (on need basis)
• Coordinate with other application consultants for issue fixing and proactively prevent issue occurrence (Custom systems, ERP and interfaces)
