responsible for plant production lines in terms of :
- Leading department productivity initiatives .
- own and optimize the KPI’s of the Production department also health and
safety performance.
- Leadership and coaching team to achieve best results
-Help a company improve its products in the short and long terms.
- Ensure that corporate packaging storage and maintenance procedures are adequate and functional.
- Support the daily production plan.
- Coach and supervise the packaging operators and front line managers.
- Train packaging front line managers on packaging fundamentals.
- Optimize the equipment performance.
- shift and left the best practices from other sites and implement it internally.
- Control the spare parts usage.
- Creating an SOP for the packaging area supporting in solving the chronic issues .
- Support all packaging projects for equipment installation or modifications.
- Maintaining employee safety and morale by creating safe working and efficient working environment
- Making Risk Assessment for all production process.
- Setting raw materials specification with R&D followed by operating the machines parameter in each stage and the finish product final specs.
- Manage the production process, compliance with product/process quality requirements.
- Responsible for achieving the required packaging quality and improving the product quality.
- Production Plan according to the AOP
- Leading the process Team through training and Instructions to achieve KPI’s
- Applying health & safety standard
- Applying Food Safety & Hygiene Standard to ensure the product safety as per the AIB required .
- Minimizing Cost through decreasing MOH and direct cost .

I am working as a service engineer then as a service manager for maintenance, installation & commissioning at a well known local company which an agent for several big names manufacturing companies of various engineering machineries which includes coding systems ( inkjet, thermal transfer, laser printing, case coding and rotary coders), inspection systems ( optic inspectors and metal detectors ), packaging and end of line solutions ( wrapping, shrinking, taping, etc،K.. ) and much more .
- I am working at Analytical & Testing Equipment Division which is the main section of the company. We are the sole agents for several global companies. Our Job involves marketing, sales, maintenance and providing training courses to our customers for our products such as CNC machines, XRF Spectrometer, ICP Spectrometer, Metal Analyzer, Laboratory oven, Metrology tools & universal testing machines.
