My role was to Manage the Oracle ERP, and part of my role was to implement Maintenance, Inventory and Purchasing modules for the ERP solution which consists of all modules of Oracle Finance, Maintenance eAM, Inventory, Purchasing And HRMS.
As a project Manager I was leading 4 functional consultants and 2 technical consultants and a DBA through the latest IT project management’s procedures using the AIM - Application Implementation Methodology.
As a Senior Consultant my role was to replace the used MAXIMO applications with Oracle eAM and INV, in addition to design new business work-flows to fulfill the integration points with the other Oracle Purchasing and Finance Modules and the expanded lines of business, complete Data migration for the previous 10 years of data from different formats and systems, and design solutions to integrate Oracle eAM with stand-alone Analyses applications and inspection applications related to refinery machines.
