- Responsible for designing applied monthly preventive maintenance plan (2013: 2018). BMS, CCTV & Access control system service
- Acquire and manage site team according experience and capabilities for optimum site resource engagement.
-Create and directed site team trainings plan and create site recognition system.
- Study the contract and discuss with Sales team all related points also clarify all payment terms, ordering material, delivery material and schedule for executing project as per the time frame proposed by the Sales team.
- Follow up the subcontractors and do periodic inspection to ensure that the approved standards and schedule are implemented.
- Create strong and flexible relationship with client to manage max progress with in contract and client satisfactions.
- Prepare, submit and follow up invoices with customer financial departments.
- Prepare and review site cost monitoring reports with higher management.

Increasing spot and variation orders from 13500 KWD in 2016 to 31000 KWD in 2018

• Study the Sales hand over document and clearly identify our scope of work
• Make field installation for Honeywell devices
• Follow up the subcontracted works (Mechanical and duct works)
• Manage ordering the material as per the final B.O.Q List
• Raise Invoices to the Main contractor as per percentage of completion and follow up to obtain optimum cash flow
- Access control systems and doors automation.
- Closed Circuit Television system (CCTV).
- Basics in Fire Alarm Systems.
- Basics in Building Management System (BMS).
- Basics in Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
- Experience with Honeywell (DSA), servers, workstations, software and hardware.
- Design and edit graphics and for Honeywell Platform (EBI)
- Experience with Honeywell EBI software.
- Experience with Honeywell Temaline hardware
- Experience with Honeywell DVM, NVR and DVR systems
- Experience with CCTV Video Analytics
