Reviewing the contractual specification and planning the material list/ requisites for
various production activities
Execution of all production related activities with respect to Approved Plans, Piping &
Equipment layouts; arranging various acceptance tests like Visual inspection, Hydro test,
Dye Penetrate Test, Ultra Sonic test & Radiographic testing.
Conversant with relevant codes and standards applicable.
Follow and practice of International codes ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, and KOC
engineering procedure.
• Reviewing the contractual specification and planning the material list/ requisites for various production activities
• Execution of all production related activities with respect to Approved Plans, Piping & Equipment layouts; arranging various acceptance tests like Visual inspection, Hydro test, Dye Penetrate Test, Ultra Sonic test & Radiographic testing.
• Conversant with relevant codes and standards applicable.
• Follow and practice of International codes ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, and KOC emgineering procedure.
• Inspecting welding, welding consumables, dimension, fit up, document daily data, .
• Conduct mechanical and civil test.
• Conduct inspection .
• Conduct welder qualification test.
• Conduct NDE - test that is PT, UT, MT, LT.
• Witness RT, UT, PT, MT.
