Control room operator central metring platform for 04 SPM total loading 1800000 barils Day.
Operate and control the production and utility systems and equipment through the DCS FOXBORO monitoring and reporting systems. Monitor the operating parameters of the production and utility process’s equipment.
Prepare the daily report.
Liaise with the various teams to ensure good coordination and operations compatibility in term of safety
Inform/update Production Supervisor of any abnormal operating conditions/situations
-Operate the distributed control system (DCS) in the control room.
-Monitor turbo-compressors from Mark VI control panel.
- Execute proper start up and shut down of plant equipment in the control room.
- Monitor plant parameters by DCS, alarmist, event list in the control room.
-Monitor process and quality parameters.
- Prepare daily process / plant parameter readings taken in the control room.
- Inform immediately the shift charge engineer about process disturbancies, alarms, and incidents.
- Support the shift charge engineer to maintain the notification list / list of defects
