I am in charge of several tasks and responsibilities:
- responsible for the state of the stock of the material (the entry and exit movements)
- responsible for the circulation of the material and its identification in the factory workshops
- Contribution to the management of the IFS food safety system by ensuring traceability.
- creation of new ideas linked to new products or some existing critical points within the production chain
. - Monitor the productivity of the production workshops and the output of the workforce and even the speed of the machines
I was in charge of production in the company el mazraa groupe poulina holding, the products which I was in charge of are diversified: (marinated steak, steak chawarma, escalope skewers, ham steak) These products mainly from turkey meat My tasks generally concerned:
- the organization of production in order to achieve the objective (daily program)
- personal management
- research and development of new procedures in the context of improving productivity
-establishment of the 5S system in the workplace
- mastery of the HACCP system and control the application of good hygiene practices
i work as responsible for search and develpment within agri-food company which specialized in the dates production and located in tunisia,
this company called vacpa boudjebel has all the required certifications of the agri-food field ( iso 9001, iso22000, iso 14001, ifs, brc, certification halal)
i held the position of head physical-chimical quality control within delice danone company which is the leader in the daily products, soft drinks and juice production
i got the higher diploma in the agri food and nutrition speciality quality control in 2014 with good notice
