From May 2010 till now:
Vodafone Egypt provides a wide range of communication services, including voice and data, across Egypt. Since its inception in 1998, the company has drawn on the global strength of Vodafone Group as well as its own in-house research and development of innovative products tailored specifically for the Egyptian mobile and internet market.
I'm working as Fixed Data Support Engineer, I'm responsible for the below
> Receiving and Handling customer complains, requests and inquires.
> Troubleshooting VPN connections over ATM, Routing, MPLS & BGP Networks.
> Dealing with several types of Dslams \[Cisco, Paradyne, Telindus, Alcatel\], Routers \[Cisco, 3Com, Telindus, Alcatel\], Switches and Converters.
> Handling & troubleshooting British Telecom connections in Egypt
> Monitoring and scanning the whole network connections.
> Following up with technicians & Field engineers in solving customer problems
> Sending monthly Ticket Report for the customer
> Arranging with other team downtime for any upgrade & maintenance in the Network
> Updating customers with the planned outages
> Updating our team database with the customer’s special setups and creating documentation for it.
From March 2008 till May 2010

I was working as Senior Technical Support Engineer; I was responsible for solving problems of our clients by troubleshooting with them through telephone.
From August 2007 till March 2008:
The Egyptian Networks Company, EgyNet was established in 1998 by a team of knowledgeable and experienced shareholders. EgyNet built and operated the first privately-owned Public Data Network, PDN, in Egypt and the Region. EgyNet succeeded in interconnecting the vast majority of the financial institutions in addition to other corporations Nationwide in the first eighteen months of operation. After great success in this domain, EgyNet obtained an Internet Class-A license allowing it to build its own Internet backbone, and buy/sell Internet bandwidth
I worked as a Network Operations Engineer; I was responsible for any problem occurs in company's networks "ADSL, Frame Relay, Leased Line, and Wireless Network "Wi-Max Network"; also I'm responsible for the configuration of all devices used in our networks "Modems, Access Servers, Dslams, Routers, Switches, Wi-Max ".
I worked as a corporate support engineer in the NOC "Network Operation Centre" I was responsible for solving problems of the clients by troubleshooting with them through telephone.
