Restaurants, Hospitals, Hotels and resorts
Conducting Housekeeping and Room Hygiene audits for offices and hotels
Conducting legionella (water system) audits for Hotels and resorts
Provide reports on Minor and Major findings to clients.

Conducting Food safety audits of Catering and kitchens at Restaurants, Hospitals, Hotels and resorts
Conducting Housekeeping and Room Hygiene audits for offices and hotels
Conducting legionella (water system) audits for Hotels and resorts -Including water treatment
facilities, delivering into storage tank and distribution through booster pumps and sand filter system
into different segments of the organisation facilities (Swimming Pools-Jacuzzi-Kitchens-Rooms-Fallsfountains-Firefighting-Irrigation). -Performing Water Temperature, Chlorine and pH Inspections in all
organisation water facilities. -Taking water samples for legionella and TPC tests.
Provide reports on Minor and Major findings to clients.
Provide training to employees and management regarding in-house food safety program.
Make recommendations acc. To audits findings for improving policies and procedures if necessary.
Ensure that work activities related to food production are being conducted in a manner that is safe.
Conducting Food sampling and swabs for Restaurants, Hotels and resorts.
Implementation of HACCP System, ISO 22000 & ISO 9001.
Develop and draft Quality Management policies and procedures.
Review efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
Evaluate & analyse data to identify areas for improvement in Quality system.
Training of factory staffs on « Basic food hygiene ».
Rebuild the structure of labours responsibilities
Carrying out of food safety and quality action plan with corrective actions and providing with
solutions
Responsible for building up standards operation of procedure SOP and its work instructions with
inspection forum
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene & sanitation and industry safety
Manage pest control programme
Carrying out weekly internal Quality and Food Safety audits
Ensure that safe working methods are adopted by all the staff.
Provide risk solutions and advise the Factory manager in how to avoid the risk and food
contamination.
Examining and receiving all kind of raw food materials before entering warehouse.
Detailing & Responsibility:
Maintaining high level of standards of food hygiene and occupational safety at all Compass Egypt locations through effective food safety training and daily TBT to meet with Compass Group Bronze standard
Responsible of the documentation system and implementation of ISO 22000:2005 and HACCP system at the accredited sites of Compass Egypt.
Carrying weekly food safety & occupational AGM audits to compass locations to assert HSE Q system in place
Record and report all critical control points (CCPs) and major findings and conduct Risk Assessment.
Perform needed investigations for customer's complaints with corrective and preventive actions
Ensuring that all of compass staffs are food safety and Health & Safety trained and are implementing the system in the company locations
Ensure that safe working methods are adopted by all the staff.
Provide risk solutions and advise the location manager in how to avoid the risk and food contamination at their location.
Examining and receiving all kind of raw food materials before entering compass warehouse and locations
Report all equipment defects or failure at locations to HSE, Q manager for proper action.
