• Execute monthly, weekly, and daily inventory analyses to identify discrepancies, determine toot causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop weekly forecasts to align with distribution requirements and initiate delivery arrangements for goods accordingly.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Conduct regular inventory counts at the distribution centre, coordinating closely during quarterly stock audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse to ensure safe working environment.
• Monitor the inventory management system daily for accuracy and address any discrepancies or issues raised by inventory coordinators promptly.
• Provide support to the inventory team in various activities, including inventory posting record keeping, documentation, and projects.
• Supporting the team with monthly and quarterly tasks such as stock counts, reviewing new arrival shipments physically, and ensuring accurate physical presence of inventory items.
• Collaborate with other team members to implement and improve inventory management system and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

1. Execute trade plans for merchandising and trade activities across Kuwait trade channels to achieve brand, volume, distribution and share objectives.
2. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.
3. Maintain relationships with various suppliers to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements, giveaways or printed literature.
4. Provide administrative and coordination support across a variety of marketing initiatives including raising of BCR & Pos.
5. Effectively manage suppliers (i.e. POSM printing) to ensure that all approved promotional or merchandising plans are implemented in an effectively and timely manner.
6. Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

Handling everything related to drivers, orders, customers and complains

1. Recording and updating all what is relevant to Sales executives. (Sales amounts - Customer data... etc.)
2. Evaluate sales executives' performance by providing Daily, Monthly and Annual Analytical reports to the management.
3. Providing statistics on the number of dealing customers monthly.
4. Handling export customers and dealing with shipping companies.
5. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
