o Hands on Daily & Periodic Vessels & Exchangers inspection according the construction and operating’s codes (national regulation Authority and international norms ASME, API 510/570/580/620).
o Establish Test plan Inspection for the Plant static Equipment
o Supervise Contractors and subcontractors activities (NDT & maintenance tasks).
o Supervise Tests & repairs of piping & equipment (welding procedures, hydraulic tests and coatings works, NDT…)
o Prepare and conclude shut-down tasks with cooperation with production and maintenance departments (vessels penetration & repairs procedures).
o Participate in tender’s preparation & technical conformity evaluation in respects of the requirements specifications & under the national and international laws (codes & norms).
Follow Association contracts with SONATRACH partners "National and International companies" in Mining & Dessalination projects.
o Contract Engineering Management on three RO Desalination projects (EPC and O&M);

o Prepares statistics and reports and keep close about the competition and the potential market.
Perform visual and NDT inspection of piping equipments according international norms ASNT and codes (ASME API)
Experience in Algeria Oil and Gas Projects:
o ZOTTI Gas Reinjection Plant Hassi Messaoud Southern Algeria, with BECHTEL Corp. 2006-2007: Gamma Ray Radiography transportation and plant Pipes all schedules (WPS instruction sheet, supervise operators team, interpret and reporting)
o Timzert Gas Reinjection Plant LAGHOUAT Mid-Southern Algeria, with FABRICOM Belgium Co. 2007: Gamma Ray Radiography of Piping plant, supervise team of 4 radio-operators.
o 04 IHI Boilers Project in Arzew LNG Plants (GNL1Z & GNL2Z)
2007 : Radiography Gamma Ray and Penetrating tests of boilers Pipes, supervise team of 4 radio-operators.
