Job Description
The Governmental Liaison Officer is accountable and responsible for:
 Submitting, reviewing and discussing all the projects design to obtain the building permits in coordination with all the Authorities (AD Municipality, ADDC, Etisalat, ADSSC, CDA, Transco, ADNOC… and various other authorities.
 Develop good professional working relationships at all levels in the project delivery team, associated management, municipality, and third parties to ensure an effective use of all resources and an awareness of any changes to reporting requirements
 Preparing all documents of Labor, Emigration, Courts, Health Authority, Traffic and Municipality. Department
• Responsible in the application/renewal of licenses/registrations of the company to government agencies.
• Responsible for obtaining employment visa, residence visa, cancellation, transfer, work permit, labour agreement, and all necessary immigration transition, and ensuring all relevant are arranged and are kept up to date.
• Maintaining office system; databases, operation of office equipments and coordinating the flow of information both internally & externally;
• Assists and acts in a confidential capacity to the General Manager involving department operations including matters regarding the formulation, determination and effectuation of the management policies of the department.
