2. Successfully managed the E-Services, Business Intelligent and Portal Project which has 36 web services, 59 applications and 64 BI Subsystems serving 300+ business users.
 Utilized a project team of 12 IT resources to control the project activities based on accepted vendor plan
 Insured the verification of the project deliverables (Gap analysis documents, Applications design, acceptance criteria, data migration documentation, training plan, user manuals, operation manuals, ..)
 Managed the insurance of meeting the quality requirements based on the Test Acceptance Criteria and data migration documents.
 Planed and managed the implementation of web portal, 36 web services, 59 applications and 64 BI Subsystems
 Managed the closure activities including the final product verification, data migration, sign-off and project archiving.

 Providing the business requirements of the information services needed based on the available information systems and sectors requirements including the emergency center.
 Insured the verification of the flowchart provided by the vendor.
 Managed Testing the information services, CRM Module for emergency center including work flow and document management.

1. Successfully implemented Oracle Collaboration Suite (Oracle Email, web conferencing and content management) using collaboration suite rel2 9.0.4 under RedHat Linux AS 2.1 To provide unified messaging solution.
2. Successfully implemented Replication requirements for Passport Reader Pilot Project for Kuwait ports to authenticate and validate the In/Out passports transaction using Oracle9i replication tools.
3. Successfully managed the Automation Project (41 client server data entry applications) for public authority of Agriculture
 Project Planning (Scope, Time, Resources and Quality)
 Managed the development lifecycle from information gathering sessions, compiling the final business requirements documents for customer approval through design, development, testing, training and successfully closing the project.
4. Managed and implement Application interface module to integrate ArabDox4 document management system with Kuwait fund applications.

• Contributed to prepare the annual budget requirement (Schedule/Scope/ Budget)
based on the Platform requirements, Business needs, Application requirements, S/W
licenses and case studies for the new Projects based on CAIT requirements.
• Contributed to prepare one of the Gov Development Program, a Study to develop the
information services at PAAF, by preparing the RFP (PAAF background, SOW,
Deliverables, Private Conditions, selection criteria).
• Contributed to prepare the development procedures to setup ISO9001 in the IT
Department at PAAF.
• Successfully managed the business requirement of the integration between PAAF
Business Applications and GIS services.
