Fixing department’s objectives
Managing team’s performance
Participate in the recruitment of individuals
Identify development needs and develop action plans
Ensure that the department fully meets the client’s needs
Advise and guide internal and / or external clients in the application of standards and policies
Guiding internal clients in handling difficult and / or contentious cases

Management of databases and VMs servers for sales department
Proposing, and developing new business applications (Web, Windows, Android) for support and operational teams.
Participate in the management of large procurement projects of standard solutions (CRM, ICM, PRM ...) for the company.
Assuring a periodic reporting, comment results and proposing corrective actions.
Provide full lifecycle support to clients from initial client interaction and requirements analysis through design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and integration.
Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting.
Establish, build and manage relationships with corporate partners.
Provide senior-level application development expertise to team responsible for rewriting and migrating platforms
Working in collaboration with customers IT teams to integrate and configure ERP solution (MS Dynamics Navision).
Assure users training
Revue students’ knowledge and computing skills
Working on one-to-one with students requiring special attention
Contribute to elaborate lessons plans
Very good knowledge in accountant
Develeped different solutions and softwares for a better office management to ease daily tasks
