 Ensure that the quantity mentioned on the BOQ is matching with that delivered by the contractor on site.
 Liaise with designer team as well as third-party designers regarding boutique design and interior design issues.
 Manage landlord relationships.
 Handle all types of operational Emergencies, call outs, Risk & Disaster Management.
 Communicate closely and intensively with contractors ensure they deliver as per their contractual requirements.
 Organize exhibitions and events and other special projects
 To provide support to all new and existing Boutiques and ensure the Customer experience rules and regulations are followed
 All new and existing Boutiques technical areas are regularly maintained to provide a safe, and functional environment:- electricity, Alarm, CCTV system, speaker and TV system, fire prevention and alarm systems, ventilation, water systems, etc..
