Ensure all operational aspects across retail boutiques are up to jewelry industry best practices and standards.
Provide support to Group Retail Manager as required for all operational or sales related projects.
Lead the execution and implementation of all retail operational the projects
Display materials production, distribution and improving VM and prepare VM guidelines. Audit implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines across all group boutiques
Responsible for the new Boutiques projects on site, following up on the contractor work making sure the contractor is following the approved drawings and delivering the requested quality level.
Define the scope of work, financial plan, goals and deliverables for all retail-related projects, manage all aspects of assigned projects including budget, timeline, risk management, etc. …
Ensure that the quantity mentioned on the BOQ is matching with that delivered by the contractor on site.
Liaise with designer team as well as third-party designers regarding boutique design and interior design issues.
Manage landlord relationships.
Handle all types of operational Emergencies, call outs, Risk & Disaster Management.
Communicate closely and intensively with contractors ensure they deliver as per their contractual requirements.
Organize exhibitions and events and other special projects
To provide support to all new and existing Boutiques and ensure the Customer experience rules and regulations are followed
All new and existing Boutiques technical areas are regularly maintained to provide a safe, and functional environment:- electricity, Alarm, CCTV system, speaker and TV system, fire prevention and alarm systems, ventilation, water systems, etc..
Handle all types of Emergencies/Call outs/ Risk & Disaster Management.
Organizing support for conducting exhibition, events etc. Forecast requirement and accordingly arrange for promotions.
Handle opening new outlets and Renovation existing outlets. Monitoring shops signage internal & external
Monitoring of Sales staff issues like transfers, insurance, leave, uniforms, transportation, etc.
Ensuring that all maintenance (technical & non-technical) activities related to the outlet are carried out in the most professional manner.
Ensure that the Security surveillance Systems (CCTV, Alarms, etc.) of Retail Outlets are in always in top working condition.
Achieve work targets by proper allocation of work and responsibilities to team members.
Shop Auditing related of security, Perimeters, fraud, fit outs, electrical, AC & fire extinguishers
Monitoring the flow of stationery, tools, kits, airbags, printing materials. and providing shops necessary packing and display materials
Achieve targeted Sales, margins, discounts and other targets given by the management.
Monitor the overall performance of Area Sales Managers, shop managers and sales staff.
Analyse and propose changes in product-mix & brand-mix.
Implement and provide feedback on advertising & promotions campaigns of the company.
Ensure inventory by shop is optimised as per given norms.
Ensure complete adherance to the Shop operational procedures (Blue Print).
Actively participate in Sales planning.
Co-ordinate with the Brand Manager for the launching of new brands, ensuring staff has the required product knowledge.
Identifying training areas and ensuring adequate training to sales staff.
Conduct Performance Appraisal for team members following Company standards.
Prepare Assessment of Area Sales Managers.
Obtain and use feedback from Area Sales Manager and evaluate ann improving service to the customers.
