Core responsibilities include:
Maintenance engineer who responsible for all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, firefighting system.

-Work activities:
• HVAC system (Chilled water chillers, Chilled water pumps, AHU and cooling towers).
• Fire-fighting networks.
• Advanced studies in electric networks and loads calculation.
• Advanced studies in design the suitable protection system for MDB.
• Advanced studies in control circuit design.
• Refrigeration systems (Walk-in chillers, Refrigerators and ice machines).
• Mechanical system (Boilers, Electric generator and domestic main water pumps).
• Water treatment (Water pools, Main water tank and closed water cycles).
• Kitchen &Laundry equipment.
• Plumbing works.
• Civil works and Furniture.
• Supervision of all departmental sections technicians during the shifts.
• Responsible for solving the suddenly problems happens in the shift.
• Acts as duty manager.
 Advanced studies in Industrial Safety.
 Advanced studies in Water treatment.
 Advanced studies in Presentation skills.
 Advanced studies in Supervisor Workshop.
 Boilers (Operating & Maintenance).
 Fire Fighting system.
 Automatic doors.
 Responsible for installation and maintenance of the hotel in house music (public address system)
 Responsible for receiving the new equipment and make its maintenance plan according to its manual and follow up this maintenance.
 Responsible for Dealing with the suppliers and contractors to do the required maintenance.
 Central Air Conditioning Maintenance.
 Pumps and air compressors and diesel generator maintenance
 Responsible for the water treatment in all the hotel facilities (main water, laundry, boilers, chilled system, hot water closed system, swimming pools …).
 Responsible for the preventive maintenance program for the hotel machines and equipment's
• ISO (9001) certificate from(TUV NORD) in quality management system.

• ISO (14001) certificate from (TUV NORD) in environmental management system.
