Managing QHSE team coverings 24/7 operations of the factory, reporting on QC & HSE, customer feedback & complaints. Coordination with the class and client rep. Manage the HSE at the yard.
Management Consultancy:
Establishing of the company (partner), Responsible for the P & L, strategic planning, services design, market research, meetings and handle enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiation, deal closure. Develop consultancy and training materials. Manage the team Handle projects from planning, Gap analysis, till certification audit. Conduct feasibility studies, assistance in getting licenses.
