Reporting to GM, budgeting, setting & handling raw material, in-process & final product, technical support for tendering & projects, client support in 4 continents (Europ, America, Asia & Africa), managing management system and product certifications & audits (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, CE Marking, SASO, ESMA, ANSI, Floor Score), handling authority inspections (Civil defines, EAD, OSHAD ...). Managing QHSE team coverings 24/7 operations of the factory, reporting on QC & HSE, customer feedback & complaints. QHSE review of plant changes, Managing QC laboratory (calibration & maintenance, samples & competence & testing), resource consumption, ETP plant, STP plant, Waste management.

Established & develop the management system department, Budgeting, marketing and sales, handling enquiries, proposals & quotations, negotiate, and finalize deal, Develop consultancy & training material and packages, handle projects, Support regional branches for consultancy, training & auditing (KSA, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait ..etc), Handling MS and Accreditation, external provider audits.

Review project specs, PQP, ITP, Project HSE plan drawings..etc. managing the team, handling WPS & PQR, DNT, QC for Fabrication & structural, mechanical & engineering, electrical & instrumentation, painting, fit out, Sea launching, stability, load line & other tests, Builder & class sea trials. strategic planning and management. Coordination with the class and client rep. Manage the HSE at the yard.
Management Consultancy:
Establishing of the company (partner), Responsible for the P & L, strategic planning, services design, market research, meetings and handle enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiation, deal closure. Develop consultancy and training materials. Manage the team Handle projects from planning, Gap analysis, till certification audit. Conduct feasibility studies, assistance in getting licenses. Coordinator and follow up responsible for regional branches (Algeria, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Sudan) for consultancy, training & auditing & trading, translation of document & training material.
Handling QMS activities for TMC, handing service provision (consultancy & training, Audits), conducted fire doors consultancy and audits, Co-tutor conducting IRCA approved QMS lead auditor trainings
Establishing documenting implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2000 QMS and all related activities.
