Salaam Properties is a real estate and property management company, managing a tower of 120 units mainly rented as offices. The property management consists of 30 villas in the highest regarded location in Djibouti and two commercial areas with 25 units. Reviewed and updated lease agreement, reviewed pricing, developed communication with tenants, implemented policy and procedures for rent collection and aging payment, increased the collection and taken actions for non-payment. Trained employees on commercial especially in market analysis, tenant prospections, tenants Mix and introduced contracting process (lease proposal, lease agreement, and advance payment) and fit-out process. Increased 100% occupancy in the offices, reviewed the spaces/units on the commercial areas and readjusted the surfaces for better commercialization and potential tenants needs and requests.

Salaam Hotel Management
Launched two Serviced apartments and pre-opening activities for (100 Appts + 48 Appts) in Djibouti: concept definition, market study and analysis, recruitment for all positions, staff training, budget preparation (ROI & Operation). Replanned the structure and the zooning for the buildings and common areas to comply with a serviced hotel apartments requirement.

• Managed business development, sales, and customer service activities for Sudan and neighboring regions.
