1- Following up Volvo Penta engines and transmissions repair jobs inside workshop and providing Support for the technicians.
2- Prepares price offers of repairs, Testing reports, and service contracts.
3- Responsible for Volvo Penta warranty cases. And following up service bulletins for different Volvo engines and transmissions weather it was in stores or sold to customers.
4-Responsible for technicians development (prepare continues evaluation and training courses )
5- Responding to our VIP customer’s calls and complaints, offering advice and solutions and if necessary make outside visits to provide support for our clients’ service teams or to perform diagnosis for unusual problems.
6- Responsible for Volvo Penta new installations (from picking up the right engine to be installed until sea trial).
1- Diagnosing, testing and repair electrical problems concerning engine, transmission, High voltage management systems, brakes control systems and luxury systems using computer diagnostic programs and other testing tools.
2- Supervising a group of technicians to preform engine, automatic transmission overhauls / vehicle repair and maintenance, total of 3 technicians.
3- Meeting customers, Understand the problem to start diagnosing and repair. And finally insures repair quality.
4- Ensure reliability and durability of workshop’s different equipment by preparing and performing regular maintenance schedules, calibration and/or programs updates for different diagnostic tools, as a part of ISO 9001 instructions
