project “eGov Digital Factory” (since 01/2014): division has launched a Digital Transformation program to improve the customer experience and operational performance in trade facilitation (customs, logistics and supply chain operations).
Responsibilities:
• Project Management (IT tools - Digital and / or performance improvement plans) using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Drive the implementation of trade and transport facilitation solutions
• Animation of business governance digital tools
• Project roadmaps definition and priority arbitration
• Budget follow-up
• Technical response for government tenders
• Proposal of business strategies to the management
• Meetings with the Sales team to introduce innovative products and services
Project Single Window systems for Republic Democratic of Congo, Laos, Benin & Togo (from 03/2012 to 01/2014): implementation and follow-up of the single window for logistics and pre-Customs clearance operations, interface implementation with Single Window Partners (including Asycuda), etc.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of single window solution
• Develop relationships with all public and private stakeholders
• Assist the re-engineering of Government processes related to trade and logistics
• Participation in various committees, commissions, working groups and workshops
• Conduct stakeholder interviews (Customs, Government agencies, logistic actors and economic operators)
• Validation of technical deliveries and communication supports prepared by technical supplier
• Oversight and management of a communications plan
• Managing the integration of external applications (e.g. single window interfaces / Asycuda)
• Leading local inter-team partnerships (e.g. determining and sharing good working practices)
• Implement exchange data systems using EDIFACT standards
Project “GSIT Production Core Model” Project (from 01/2010 to 02/2012): Implementation worldwide of the new operation tool (Siebel & Emc Documentum) used to generate Import and Conformity certificates (Pre Shipment Inspection and Verification of Conformity) for international trade

Responsibilities:
• Scoping, consistent with the priorities and the defined strategy,
• Setting schedules, budgets and business cases
• Supervision and management of IT development, deployment and implementation of tools and processes
• Secure the successful completion of projects (complete delivery based on the defined scope)
• Prioritize enhancement requests on the basis of business cases
• Defining contents of the versions based on business priorities and oversee the implementation by IT staff
