- Execute Projects, tasks and plans to achieve targets
- Prepare and analyze statistics from different VAS platform and services.
- Work on upgrades and patches implementation for VAS platform
- Maintenance, Support & Back up
- Enter and modify new GPRS/3G database and modifications.
- Make traces and analysis for different platforms problems
- Perform acceptance test for VAS platforms.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of GPRS/3G.
- Responsible for observing and enhancing the GPRS/3G core performance

- Manage the technical/IREG part of Roaming Implementation Projects
- Develop and deliver our on-site and off-site IREG Testing Solution.
- Support Operator in Network Configuration for roaming
- Perform IREG testing on all services (GSM (IR24), GPRS (IR35), CAMEL (IR32, IR60), 3G, 3.5G, CS and PS).
- Complete IR documents required for IREG Testing completion.
- Escalate issues to Operators' Network Engineering.
- Troubleshoot on IREG/Network Issues
- Transfer knowledge at the Client side.
- Coordinate IREG Activities with manufacturer/partners and Client teams (including Tests scheduling and SIM exchange).
- Development of a deep understanding of a customer’s business requirements.
- IR21 implementation in roaming database.
