The Company works on planning & construction, telecommunication and from 2000 on the solid waste treatment - recovery & recycling of organic wastes, such as biological processing sludge, agri food sludge and domestic organic wastes for the production of organic fertilizers "high quality compost" under strict national environmental regulations, with a total capacity of 30, 000 ton/year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assessing the feasibility of the process in order to produce organic fertilizers, selecting/designing equipment for the plant, monitoring/controlling plant operations as per organizational policies/procedures.
• Preparing mass balance, recipes for production, determining amounts to be mixed/ compounded and controlling their production, ensuring quality control during production for an efficient and high quality product.
• Continuously monitoring efficiency of the process, and process development, providing technical assistance, whist planning and influencing future maintenance strategy using modern techniques.
• Creating detailed reports and roll out plans, charting road maps for seamless integration of critical systems in conformance to established international guidelines, national bylaws and local authorities.
• Evaluating inherent risk factors associated with various operations performed by the company. Recommending and effecting corrective actions to address non-conformities.
• Resolving quality control issues through regular meetings with upper and middle management while continually enhancing the Quality Management System.
• Formulating a training matrix of safety training courses to be attended by all the employees, in view of job profiles and designations.
• Computing operational and maintenance cost estimates. Devising section budgets, and effecting cost cutting measures to maintain adherence to the same.

• Researched investment opportunities and conceptualized business development ventures to draw out complete business roll out plans in view of technical constraints / requirements, requisite logistical support & resultant financial viability.

• Ensured strict adherence to established budgetary guidelines, effected cost reductions, monitored logistics controlling cash flow, negotiating payment and credit lines with financial institutions and customers, in close coordination with heads of various departments.

Key Responsibilities as Technical Responsible (94 - Jun 98):
• Assumed responsibility for Texas Instruments in the management of their plants “on contract” relating to biological, neutralization, and temporary storage of solvents/acid.
• Efficiently managed depuration plants, neutralization and waste storage of various solvents and directed the operation and maintenance of process units.
• Identified bottlenecks, recommended/effected corrective actions to address non-conformities and shortfalls in plant processes.
• Monitored and evaluated performance of 20 team members and motivated them to achieve targets within set deadlines.
Key Responsibilities as Trainee Engineer (Nov 92 - 94):
• Organized plant activities through various phases pertaining to plant start-up and establishment operations for treatment/precipitation of pollutants & requirements for treatment/dehydration of sludge(Waste Sludge Treatment);
• Oversaw processes in both phases, the first phase comprising of eliminating insoluble salts and the second phase of stripping ammoniacal azote with steam.
