• Perform month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and submit VAT returns according to UAE/Dubai regulations

• Work in Shared Service environment, supporting multiple business units
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards

• Manage customer and supplier accounts, including aging of receivables and
payables
• Prepare and review sales invoices
• Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax)
• Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors
• Perform intercompany reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Calculate interest on deposits and foreign currency gains/losses
• Conduct cash counts and vault reconciliations
• Perform asset inventory and annual stocktakes
• Work on ERP Accounting Systems

• Calculate costs of imported medical equipment
• Prepare daily journal entries for cost accounting
• Supervise warehouse staff and perform stocktaking
• Prepare invoices for government entities (warranty and service visit invoices)

• Manage client and supplier accounts, including aging of receivables and
payables
• Record and review daily journal entries
• Monitor tax obligations
• Prepare and submit tax returns
• Coordinate with external auditors to prepare financial statements
• Supervise warehouse staff
• Conduct regular inventory counts
• Calculate storage fees for third-party goods
• Work on ERP Systems
• Perform intercompany reconciliations
