The Executive Manager responsible for arranging and guiding and managing all the technical, financial, operational activities of EMC.
Develop the technical and operational functions, business plans, and budgets in accordance with EMC overall strategies.
Arranging for all the company proposals and biddings for thenew projects to support the company business development plans.
Direct and monitor the operational activities of the company including coordination with all projects parties to ensure the work conforms to specs, budget, schedule and initiate any repair or replacement needs for the work procedures.
Negotiate with all the company subcontractors and establish good network and strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, consultants, to support the business development strategy of the company.
Revise all the company payments and invoices for the
subcontractors and vendors and arrange for the payment method.
Check and revise with the company accountant all finance issues for the company.
Check and approve with the quality team all the quality process to ensure that all the company QC - QA Plan is working effectively.
Daily, weekly, Monthly meeting with the company staff to ensure that the company projects meets the project schedule, cost, quality.
Check and approve all the company construction solution to meet the company target.
POSITION : EXECUTIVE MANAGER 2012-Present
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Revise all the company technical and financial proposal.
2. Negotiations with the clients for the new project.
3. create the business development plans.
4. Revise all the company contracts and issue the remarks (if any).
5. Responsible for all the technical and financial activities of the company.
6. Revise and following up all the design plan with the company design team.
7. Revise the conformity of the drawings with the baladia regulations
8. Revise all the supervision process and the QA/QC with the supervision engineers.
9. Revise and approve the site monthly reports.
10. Revise and approve all the monthly invoices .
11. Communicate with clients through the design and supervision stages.
12. checking the work flow and work distribution.
13. Revise the design drawings and tender and construction drawings.
14. Responsible for all the Design - Build projects and the site work progress.
15. Revise and approve all the sub contractors payments.
16. Following up the projects time schedules.
POSITION : SUPERVISION PM 2010-2012
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for site management & coordination of assigned areas.
2. Daily monitoring of construction.
3. Revise all structural, architectural, electrical, and HVAC drawings and coordinate all the project fields.
4. Review of contractors’ methodology for work and providing comments and suggestions to improve productivity and increased safety.
5. Organize coordination meetings as required for the site coordination of works as required.
6. Review of draft payment applications submitted by the contractors.
7. Be familiar with the approved QA/QC plan for the assigned contractors; Ensure that the intermediate inspections and approvals are taking place as per the approved QA/QC plans.
8. Monitor the site for safety violations; ensure that safety measures are taken by contractors in a timely manner.
9. Coordinate construction efforts between contractors as needed.
