Performs monthly and yearly closing activities relating to Fixed Asset such as
depreciation run, analysis
Assist with managing and reconciling all aspects of company-wide Fixed Assets.
Review and analyze calculations of depreciation for all fixed assets and
amortization for intangible assets.
Compile and post the General Ledger entries.
Review salaries calculation process “recording journals, payroll calculation,
salary sheets, pay slips, and payroll journals”.
Review Employees benefits journals “GOSI and EOS” and ledger reconciliations
Review Employees settlements.

Preparing and recording invoices and recording the sales entry.
