My duties and responsibility as Production Engineer :
1- Direct the production team members and introduce efficient methods of production.
2- Identify risk mitigation actions to reduce injuries, accidents, and hazards in the production environment.
3- Mentor and develop new production engineers and / or supervisors.
4- Design methods for maintaining or increasing production levels while improving production \ costs, yields, quality, and safety.
5- Troubleshoot process problems and identifies solutions which reduce downtime and conserve maintenance costs.
6- Monitor process equipment to identify potential errors and develops solutions to eliminate the re-occurrence of those problems.
7- Design and conduct plant trials to determine performance capabilities.
8- Develop and update process procedures to ensure that documentation is accurate and understandable.
9- Determine the test methods, procedures, parts, and equipment needed to implement engineering changes.
10- Determine the layout of piping, equipment, and utilities for engineering changes.
11- Interface with all levels of management and employees to gather information and provide guidance for implementation.
12- Ensure effective implementation of design practices to meet customer needs.
13- Establish productive working relationships with engineering, planning, and design teams.
14- Planning, determining, coordinating, and controlling the processes concerning to production.
15- Ensure that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team.
16- Implement project schedules and plans in a timely effective manner.
17- Direct various procedures to increase final outcome of the production zone.
• Analysing, identifying and implementing manufacturing and business process improvements
which will improve capability and performance.
• Creating and maintaining company documentation, such as quality manuals, and quality procedures.
• Troubleshooting problems or flaws in the item provided for testing.
• Meeting with members of the production team to offer recommendations and share results.
• Maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment.
• Applying good manufacturing practice and observing that it is being adhered to.
• Performing tests and measurements using existing measurement equipment.
• Participating in teams to help make necessary improvements and changes to all process related issues in the production department.
