Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the partner’s ability to effectively be focused, including manage and process over +100 E-mails daily; producing documents as LPOs, prepare financials reports such as Net Investment and Net Revenue on a bi-monthly basis, provide all logistic activity, manage domestic and international travel arrangements, visa issuance, and prepare expense report for submission.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Consulting Partner, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to process approvals such as: (proposals, LPOs, Invoices, business trips, vocation, expenses, etc...)

Provide sophisticated calendar management. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.

Maintain open communications with the team, including meeting regularly with their operations and technology coordinator and providing information and documents as needed for the project.

Invest in provide the support to the local associate team to develop their business knowledge, innovation and insight to create distinctive value within workplace.
