Planing and designing all network and telecommunication structure and diagram for the
admin office and factory during the company foundation
Planing and designing the server room requirements such as A.C, Raised floor, electrical

Documenting the IT dept. process, tasks, policies and procedures
Resolving the escalated issues form IT team
Administrating Servers (AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, File server sharing and troubleshooting)
Maintaining, managing and upgrading Acronis Advanced backup system, Sophos firewall and
Kaspersky endpoint security
Managing Avaya IP office
Administrating Netapp storage
Administrating Office 365
