• Product support Sales engineer combines technical
knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and
support on a range of products. Clients are usually
Government, Factories, Marine, contracting and
civil works companies.
• My job description briefly is to be responsible for
the Caterpillar assets (machines, generators and
forklifts) for a list of customers, and this
responsibility covers many sides such as; service,
maintenance and parts for the assets .
• The job role exceeds that to reach the
customer satisfaction, in order to generate and
develop more business to the company and to
make the customer loyal to our company.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating
sales projects.
• Coordinating and participating in Exhibitions.
• Preparing reports for head office.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating
how a product meets client needs.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients
through managing and interpreting their
requirements.
• Responsible for Fleet customer account
management (Service and Parts), Includes offering
equipment management solutions, budget
management, machines assessment, production
management.
• To make presentation to the customers regarding
the new products and solutions.
• Sending daily reports to concerned Managers.
My job is to be responsible for :

delivery.
• As technical Support Sales engineer, my duty was to
make full supervision on the execution of HVAC
projects, from installation of the systems till
commissioning.
• Timely completion of projects including testing &
handing over of HVAC and Solar systems & AS-Built
drawings.
• Calculating client quotations and administrating
client accounts.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and
product education, and after-sales support services.
• Analyzing costs and sales.
• Preparing reports for head office.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating
Sales projects.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade
Shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating
how a product meets client needs.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and
other technical experts.
• Providing training and producing support material
for other members of the sales team.
• The Solar system we are using is chapee solar
systems with evacuated solar cells or solar panels.
• The heating systems we are using under floor
heating and radiators systems with diesel or gas
boilers (CHAPPEE Brand).
• The Air condiotioning system is DAIKIN VRV and
ducted spilt systems
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with Good rating (2.61 out 4 GPA) . Graduation Project: Parallel flow heat exchange with porous Media. Many courses were taken in the field of HVAC ,Refrigeration,Solar and Sanitary Systems. Also, some courses were taken in the field of fire fighting,aviation,and hydraulic systems.
This certificate refers to a training that was held in Jordan Engineers Association, and it was about the new generation of variable Refrigerant Volume System for Air Conditioning Systems.
