Compile and edit project manuals
Provide consistent, accurate and complete updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager on project activities and specifically on procurement and contract management activities
Assist in Electrical and quality documents preparation which include compiling and requesting of necessary documents from supplier
Ensure Document Management consistency across all Projects, rigorously, maintaining control and trace-ability of the documentation from Project initiation throughout completion.
Provide administration support to the Contracts Manager and Project Management team. Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
