21 Year’s experience as Operation Engineer / Supervisor with depth work knowledge in various Oil & Gas field operations both onshore / offshore Fields; at Well-Pad area & surface production facilities.
Supervise the safe operation of Oil & Gas producing wells including:
- Natural flow & Artificial lift Wells.
- Artificial lift Wells, includes Gas lift system and Electric Submersible Pumps “ESP.”
- WAG, Water- Gas injection wells, in addition to Water disposal wells.
Supervise production operations in the Central Process Facility “CPF”; ensure crude oil and associated gases, meet the quality level (RVP- BS&W - Salt content - H2S- Gas dew point) with-in the production targets; for both:
- Oil Treatment Facilities (Gas-Oil separation plant “GOSP”, crude oil dehydration - desalting, Produced water treatment plant, crude oil stabilization, metering skids, crude oil storage & loading facilities).
- Gas Plant Operations (associated Gas separation, tail Gas unit, NGL recovery unit, condensate stabilization, Gas dehydration, propane refrigeration unit, Gas compression, TEG regeneration, Gas Injection/ Gas lift system)
- Fully familiar with Plant utility system including (Power Supply GTG, Instr./utility Air, Insert gas N2, utility diesel storage, cooling water system, deearated water, potable water R.O units, Firefighting system, drain System “open/closed drain system”& Flare System, crude & products storage and loading facilities).
New Projects Commissiong / Start-up Experience:
- 2009 To 2010: Field Production Engineer during the Early Production of Petrosannan Company “EPF”, @ Egypt.
- 2011 To 2012: Operation Engineer within the modification & Restoration project of Effluent Water Treatment Plant @ Suez Oil Company in Egypt.
- 2013 To 2016: Offshore Production Support Engineer; during commissioning & Start-up of KARAN-45 Platform and T&I activities for Total KARAN Gas Field @ Northern Area Gas Production Unit; Saudi Aramco, KSA.
- 2019 To 2022: Well-Pad Production Supervisor @ UZ artificial Island Project, during commissioning and start-up of Gas Lift System / Gas Lift Wells, “UZ750” Project at Upper Zakum, Adnoc Offshore, UAE.
- 2023 To 2024: Process Plant Supervisor; during UZ Field Major Shutdown Dec-2023 & Commissioning / start-up of New OGC compressor as a part of SFFD Project @ Zirku Island Terminal Unit. Adnoc Offshore. UAE.
Supervise the crude Oil storage, tank farm area & loading facilities (Floating roof tanks, loading Pumps & SBM).
Preparing shut-down Procedures for Rig move / approach to platforms and restoration activities for new workover wells.
Ensure all CPF units are operated safely & efficiently, emergency systems maintained in readiness and availability.
Recommend & supervise initiation and execution facility upgrades / modifications through PMC & MOC system.
Preparation for all plant shutdown, start-up & equipment isolation includes (Procedures, mark-up P&ID, JSA & FRA).
Area Authority (AA); Review & Authorize PTW, attached Certificates after ensure implementation of all permit controls.
Authorizing all types of permits within my area (GWP, CWP & HWP), monitor the safety of assets, environment.
On-Scene Commander Role in case of any emergency / Incident in Well-Pad & Surface facility area (Area Authority).

OJT Training Experiences / Field Competency Assurance program:
Coaching & mentoring the new operations field staff as a member of the Field competency assurance program.
Develop training materials, training sessions qualification assessments for newly hired employees.
