Management:

• Review Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports for IT Operational.

• Responsible to meet functional productivity and quality goals.

• Communicate with Project Managers, Managers of other Divisions/Sections for operational purpose and IT Activities and need to ensure the delivery and capability of it.

• Manage the IT department operations including planning projects and managing resources.
