Accountabilities:
Plan daily & weekly production requirements of AGRO materials and delivery schedule for suppliers.
Set monthly potato supply plan & weekly supply schedule for storage across 5-7 cold stores at different locations to fulfill AOP storage plan.
Manage weekly rates for potato & corn suppliers, measure supplier's contract fulfillment against plan and arrange daily receiving rates with cold stores WHs and Production.
Plan In-House farms representing 30% of CHIPSY's Volume quantities deliveries and distribute their quantities according to proper capacity planning for cold stores locations.
Arrange daily receiving rates per storage locations in partnership with cold storage teams and agree on rates, number of equipment & shifts.
Plan stored quantities depletion according to quality status & cold stores contracts duration.
Plan achieving least waste percentage according to applying FIFO method during depletion and update waste percentage with quality & financial control team on Monthly basis.
Partnership with Supply Chain Manager on achieving monthly/Year MOH target (represents 30% of CHIPSY's total MOH spend).
Conduct weekly quality meeting, biweekly farms meeting and AGRO review monthly.
Issue Monthly AGRO score card, Rolling Forecast & Lead Productivity projects of AGRO supply chain.

Managing both imported and local potato seeds distribution process with all its cross functions interfaces (Planning, Legal Contracting, Financial planning, control & taxes and Governmental Affairs).
Leading & Managing Chips’ Agro Commodities Spend Pool (EGP 2.5 Billion)
Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth.
Influencing the purchases business processes through effective interactions with Sourcing, payment services, internal controls, etc.
Applying tactics to insure commodities full coverage, with focus on total cost of ownership.
Manage the communication with Agricultural authorities for all required permits (Import & Export Process).
Effectively commercializing the procurement work by translating key measures into value creation for the business.
Tracking All Suppliers’ payment cycle with treasury team.

Responsible for Utilities Maintenance Scope (Mechanical, Electrical & Refrigeration) in Plant & WWTP and Enhance the sustainability & reliability KPIs:
Review, enhance and ensure proper execution of Preventive Maintenance Program
Applying PepsiCo’s EHS & Food Safety Standards
Prepare Annual Operating plan for Environmental KPIs, budget for utilities bills (Water, Fuel & Electricity) & Review spare parts stock bi-annually
Initiate Purchase requisitions for the no-stock items (Local-Foreign) and services and ensure delivery on-time
Responsible for all Utilities equipment, workshop, and Assets
Responsible for updating skill Matrix for utilities team and arrange a proper training plan filling the gap
Ensure implementation of M&W standards in maintenance procedures such as planned and unplanned downtime records, team influence in plant KPIs and performance metrics and Ensure implementation of SAP-PM module & Updating it on the go.
