upload, etc.
- Tamm: Employees’ Authorization for cars, cars’ traffic violations, cars’ vehicles’ - registration
renewal.
- Ministry of commerce and industry: CR renewal, trademark registration, article of incorporation
editing, etc.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Visit Visa Applications, Enjaz data entry, online Authorization for
recruitment offices (E-WAKALA), etc.
- Miscellaneous HR Related tasks:
- Maintain employees’ files and documents.
- Prepare employee letters and answer their inquiries.
- Follow up the medical insurance policy with regards to addition, deletion and conduct needed
comparisons on annual basis between insurance companies so as to get the best deal for the
