1- Carrying out audit and inspection visits on farms, livestock farms, food processing plants and the whole food chain according to the organic production methods according to the EU regulations and USDA National Organic Program (NOP).
2- Carrying out audits on hazard analysis and critical control point system (HACCP).
3- Giving the technical support and consultancy service to the clients upon food safety and quality systems such as: ISO 9001 : 2008, ISO 22000 : 2005, ISO:14001 : 2004, BRC, HACCP and concepts of Q.C, Q.A and T.Q.M.
4- Participating in events and conferences that are being held in Egypt upon Agro-food sector in Egypt.
5- Participating in events of Mediterranean study days (M.S.D) up on quality and food safety that are being organized periodically by Istituto Mediterraneo Di Certificazione (IMC) around the Mediterranean countries.
6- Delegated from the Italian headquarter to be responsible for the Project of certification "Know Your Meal" to hotels, restaurants and catering sector (Ho.Re.Ca) in Egypt.

8- Monitoring the statues and all agricultural operations of IMC Egypt's Clients.
9- Implementation of the requirements of ISO 65 (Accreditation system of Certification Bodies) in the Egyptian branch.
