• Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities on 22KV substation equipment, including transformers,
circuit breakers, and switchgear, to ensure operational reliability.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and equipment failures within the substation, implementing timely
repairs and corrective actions.
• Manage protection relays and conduct fault analysis to quickly identify and address issues, enhancing the
overall safety and reliability of the electrical systems in the substation.
• Adjust settings and parameters in motor drives for efficient performance while also performing maintenance
tasks on classic control systems to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
• Apply maintenance skills to all motors and electrical panels across the factory, going beyond the substation to
guarantee the smooth functioning and dependability of the entire electrical system.
• Prepare accurate and detailed electrical shop drawings based on architectural and engineering plans,
specifications, and local codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure coordination and integration of electrical
systems within the building design.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical documents to identify electrical requirements
and design constraints.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including material schedules, technical submittals, and as-
built drawings for electrical systems.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, such as mechanical, structural, and HVAC, to ensure proper integration and
alignment of electrical installations.
• Perform calculations and simulations to assess electrical load capacities, voltage drops, and power distribution
within the building.
• Assist in the coordination of electrical installations, including cable routing, lighting fixtures, switchgear, and
distribution boards.
• Supervise and support production line workers, providing guidance and addressing performance or safety
concerns.
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the SMT ( Surface
Mount Technology ) machine.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on the SMT machine to maintain its
performance.
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections on LED sheets and PCB boards to ensure compliance with
specifications and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues or malfunctionsthat arise during production, including equipment failures,
component defects, or process deviations.
A graduate with a bachelor degree in Electrical Power and Machines Engineering from Faculty of Engineering - Port Said University.
