Detailed Job Scope:
•Develop procedures and tools related to planning, scope and cost control.
•Develop and implement effective reporting, earned value and trend analysis.
•Pre-contracts tenders’ planning includes: Advises on optimal construction methodology and sequencing. Develop the WBS and the detailed tender programme. Develop direct and indirect manpower requirements. Generate material usage charts. Advises on risks and issue programme methodology and qualifications.
•Post-contracts planning: Develop and audit the complete detailed construction programme including KPI’s and cost loaded programme. Develop and generate trends analysis, earned value and forecasts. Advises required mitigation actions.
•Contract administration.
•EOT claims: Prepare, maintain and manage EOT claims for ongoing projects.
•Reporting: Generate monthly management reports. Generate special reports as required by the management.

•Programme and portfolio management.
•Develop procedures and tools related to planning, scope and cost control.
•Participate in ERP system development.
•Develop and implement effective system that links the design, construction, project management, transportation and facility management departments. Develop into EPS “Enterprise Projects Structure”.
•Pre-contracts include: Manage the design office deliverables through planning and resources management. Advises on optimal construction methodology, packaging strategy, sequencing and duration. Develop the WBS and the high level tender milestones. Advises on risks.
•Post-contracts planning: Develop the high-level milestone schedules and complete detailed construction programme. Audits the works. Provide technical support and training to projects’ staff with respect to project controls.
•EOT claims: Review contractors’ EOT claims and issue recommendations.
•Reporting: Generate periodic and specific management reports.
