1. Analyze business requirements and functional specifications documents.
2. Create, Review and execute test cases.
3. Prepare test data, scripts, matrices, checklists and other test documents based on the
project need.
4. Write bug reports that accurately isolates the problem and that are easy to understand
by the developers.
5. Communicate with development team and IT team.
6. Estimate the time needed for the quality tasks in the projects.
7. Write comprehensive test plan describing the test approach, defining tasks and test
schedule, and making sure it is compliant with the overall project plan.
8. Follow up on the test plan and the opened bugs.
9. Escalate risks and concerns to management before they happen.
