• Manage and control SP, RM & FG warehouses.
• Implements policies & procedures of material handling, receiving, issuing and storing, and ensure compliance with the group procedures & system.
• Train other business unit team - morocco team- on warehouse module and policy, also Study the actual condition of warehouse and report HO with the recommendations
• Ensure that all warehouse resources are used efficiently.
• Ensure that using the maximum available space of the warehouse and always in a safety condition.
• Analyze, review and control inventory in coordination with other departments.
• Monitors regular cycle count inventory and annual physical count, Review and analyze counts variance reports and recommend variance adjustment.
• Continuously monitor subordinates performance and activities.
• Analyzing the weak points in Warehouse activities and find the suitable solution.
• Oracle Key user and Responsible for the following during the implementation (as a member of A team):
- Make sure that the analysis direction and system setup is in line with our business needs.
- Make sure all our business needs are mapped on the application in the way we agreed about it with the consultants during the analysis phase.
- Extensive test for all business flows and sure the required changes are planned and executed with high quality and on time
- Accept the system and proceed for the next phase and get ready for the GO-live.
- Make the people ready for change and conduct them to move to the new environment and map them to the new way of running business.

• Responsible on The Spare Parts arranging in the WH and general condition of the WH.
• Reallocate and throw out dead stock and slow moving spare parts.
• Analyze, review and control inventory in coordination with other departments.
• Prepare the ABC classification report.
• Prepare the min. max stock report and ensure that the stock matches the report.
• Prepare data for oracle project.

• Preparing the production plan according to fabrication orders priorities.
• Follow up all production achievements, manpower distribution, and material inspection while maintaining the downtime at its optimum condition.
• Supervise the maintenance plane and repair all the outstanding issues of the machine with the aid of their manufacturer technicians.
• Machines spare parts and tools technical selection & purchasing.
• Preparing the CNC programs.

Assisted in production line preparation & installation going through the following steps: • Setting up the layout & production flow for the production line adequate to the available square area under the supervision of an ISO consultant.
• Manufacturing of the necessary supplementary apparatus needed for the flow of the production such as (carriages & assembly tables)
• Power supply preparation & supervision of the installation.
• Air supply calculation, preparation and installation.
• Hand tools technical selection & purchasing for both electrical & pneumatic ones.
• Installation of the machines with the manufacturer own technician.
• Applying a simplified maintenance plan to maintain the down time of the machine at minimum.
• Applying roughly a Q.C. plan on the raw material and the final product because of the lack of the needed apparatus.

The job responsibilities: • Tech. reviewing and double checking on the received fabrication orders.
• Executing periodic checks on the machines and also applying a preventive maintenance on each.
• Applying quality inspection on the raw material.
• Applying quality inspection on the final product.
• Cautious observation on the whole production process to maintain its validity.
